Patrons would like public librarians to:
- run the library like a bookstore
- Be open 24 hours
- have no late fees
Starbucks wants to be known as a place that....
- has wifi
- has a comfortable chair
- you can work on stuff
- you can get coffee
- have book discussions
We need to tell stories of what happens in our libraries - the experiences patrons have.
What stories is your library telling? (signage rules ,etc.)
